Bantam roos

Hello.

If I had, for example, three pairs of Silkies. Could I safely keep the three roos and the three hens together without fighting?

Once they got the "who is dominate" thing worked out, it should be ok, but I wold be more concerned with only have 3 hens for all of them. I foresee your hens stressed from all the attention and feathers worn off the backs. I currently have 4 bantam roos with 28 bantam hens and have never had the boys bloody each other fighting.
