Bantam Rooster Balance/wings issue

One of my three pet banty roosters is constantly holding his wings open and seems to be having trouble walking or balancing himself. Just started this last night and I have no clue whats wrong with him. Any ideas?? Will he get better? Please help! Thanks chicken lovers!! : )

It could be he is too hot, he could have an injury, he could have an inner ear infection. The scariest of all is that it could be the first stages of marek's, but hopefully not.

Are there other changes in his behavior. Is he also panting or having trouble with the heat (?) What breed of bantam and how old is he? Has he had any injuries, falls, bumps to the head. I ask because the Silkie breed sometimes has balance issues with wry neck developing as well.
