Bantam rooster- crow collar

Our much loved- 5 month old frizzle hen has turned out to be a roo. We live in the city, no rooster crowing to be heard at all.... Does the rooster collar work well on bantams?

We tried using it on our Bantam D'Uccle rooster a year or two ago and it seemed to choke him (or he kept choking himself) even when it was at its widest (I could EASILY fit 3-5 fingers in here) and even on the times it didnt seem to choke him it bothered him alot, he didnt want to be a chicken he just wanted it OFF.... I hope your bird does okay with it, they do have crow collars for bantams or you can always make your own
