Bantam Rooster not mating

We have a Old English Game Bantam rooster he is 9 months old, I never see him mating or do a mating dance, he is the only rooster with 6 hens???? He is real laid back, he alerts the hens, feeds them and seems to have taken on the role of head rooster, just never see him mate.

Have you checked the eggs for bullseyes?

No, but for me bantam eggs seem to be hard to see a bullseye, I tried checking with some with our other bantam rooster and hens and I couldn't see a bullseye, but they were because we had 4 broodies and 15 new chicks this year, I'm just not good at verifying for bullseye's. This rooster is Black breasted Red that has such nice qualities that we made him our new main rooster, he has filled out nicely and looks full grown but just may not be matured enough yet, not sure.
