Bantam Rooster or Not??????

I would really appreicate some help. This Roo is about 4 months old. His comb and wattles seem to be getting bigger, yet his size has not gotten any bigger. I have heard that these rooster are more desirable (barred-rock bantam rooster), but am not sure. Thanks a lot I really enjoy this site.
