Bantam v Standard - What do I need to know?

So, I am comfortable raising the big girls and am taking my first step into the bantam arena with five tiny day-old girls scheduled to arrive this spring.

What should I be aware of in terms of any special needs that are specific to thier size? Thanks.

Unless you have ordered one of the fragile varieties of bantams, you do not need to do anything different. We hatch all our varieties in the same incubator. For the first couple of weeks they are brooded together except the Polish. The other chicks tend to pick at the Polish crests. We do seperate the large fowl and bantams once the large fowl start to grow.
