thanks, well they said her parents were show quality and she cost 15.00! so expensive!

$15 is actually a decent price. I've spent a whole lot more when I could afford it fo some of my birds.

If I read it right, the OP lives a state from WA, it could be one of the descendents of the German lines, hopefully Erhard Wiehs...hope I am right, then she is on the right path because Erhard DOES show his Bantam Welsummers and did successfully. His bantams are of German lines, no Dutch.

I live in oregon, I don't intend to show her just thought it was cool that she might be extra nice. I got them at Naomi's farm store which is a nice little local place. she was bred by Sher Jennings.

Go get 'em! I am currently quite annoyed with such individuals making such claims. I choked when I read $15 for a chick! Outrageous! I can get a "proven" 1 year old Marans who lays 8 eggs from a fabulous breeder (nope, no names) for $30!

Also the fluff on the wings. With my Bantam Wellies the wings stay a little fluffier on the little roos, but there's usually a really light area where the wing starts near the shoulder.

Good call. A pic of an outstretched wing may be helpful.
