Bantam white crested Polish chick?

Ruthie, the white crested chick, seems a bit smaller than the other Polish chicks - we have five of them, all 3.5 weeks old. Would you please take a look at these photos and tell me whether or not you think she is a bantam? Although she/he is tiny, the chick is one of the fastest, always eating, scratching, challenging....maybe a rooster? She is dwarfed by some of the EE's. Thanks for the help.

Here she is next to a silver laced Polish chick.

And this shows her/him next to a whitish polish chick - not sure what the white one is.

yep WCB polish could be banty. the one next to it could be white or it might be bufflaced they start out very light.
