bantams are 21 weeks....... and waiting

These are my first chickens. I am so impatient to find eggs. I have 3 bantam chicks and 2 roos. So far my roos are very sweet and I can't part with them. I then got 5 more chickens a couple months ago in June and they were all different ages. I was told that most were 3 months. Still no eggs! Any wisdom to impart? They all sleep on top of the nesting boxes and under the nesting boxes, but never in them.

oh, the new chickens are all full size, 1 silver wyandote, one white silkie, one black silkie-rhode island mix, one red speckled something or other, and one very large silver wyandote-leghorn mix (at least we think it's leghorn cause she's HUGE)
