When reading descriptions on bantams, they always put the "size" in terms of weight. I have no frame of reference of a 32oz bantam (or a 6lb LF for that matter). Can someone post a pic of a bantam next to something to compare the size? Or just give out some measurements? And how small is small when talking about bantam eggs? I've seen quail eggs. Are they that small? I think I want a flock of all bantams, particularly faverolles and ameraucanas.

Both bantams and bantam eggs are about 1/2 to 1/3 the size of a regular chicken.

Not as small as a quail egg. A full-grown quail is about the same size as a week-old LF chick.
