Bantams in my mix??

I recently ordered a "Rainbow Pack" from Meyer's Hatchery. I lost 2 chicks (and extra was included) and am down to 24, anyway one of them is staying really small (about a 1/3 of what they are, at the least!) while her "siblings" are getting major big! Could she be a bantam? They don't say on their site whether it includes bantams and I've already wrote to them about other meaningless stuff so I thought I would ask here first in case someone knows? Sorry for the weird question...oh and she seems pretty healthy so that's why I wonder if she is just naturally smaller. She eats off the ground instead of the feeders as the others won't allow her to use it..

I suppose it is entirely possible but if she started out the same size and just isn't growing, she's probably a standard along with the rest and isn't thriving. Separating her so she can eat and drink when she needs/wants is a good idea. Unfortunately, once separated, it's hard to integrate her back into the flock later. Maybe you could give her access to food that the others are too large now to reach, like in a box or something that only she can get into...
