Bantams?

I am thinking about getting the mixed bantams at tractor supply in the future and would like any information you can give on bantams and tips/information about raising them with standard size chickens and roosters for that matter. Thanks.

I would not suggest having a standard sized rooster in with bantam hens as he can easily crush them when trying to mate. Sometimes some flocks are okay with having bantams and other times they will try to kill the bantams.

Depends on the rooster if it will be safe or not. I have several standard males with bantam females, but the majority are light/gamey styled males, not heavy orpington or giant males.
