banty/?? cross

I have a new silver black chick with clean legs that hatched yesterday and I'm trying to figure how who the dad is I know the mom is one of my 3 OEGB hens. Is it possible for my new chick to be a cochin cross if it has clean legs. I have 3 banty roo's and several reg size boys that have taken full advantage of all the girls.
