Banty Welsummer not growing

So I have a chick and it was hatched last Sat, it just doesnt seem to be growing. Im wondering how do I show it how to eat.
I have it with two other chicks and have showed them the food they seem to be doing fine. tonight I put hard boiled egg yolk in with it not sure if it ate it or not.
Please help me, Ive give it a drop of Vit today.

Make him some mash. Get some chick - starter and add warm water and put it in a lid then try and open his beak and stuff some of it in there. I sure hope this helps. Did you dip his beak in the water? Is he weak, walking? Is he sleeping alot?
