Barbed wire on top of fence

I have a run made of heras fencing panels. We will be putting some bird netting over the top.

Would coiling barbed wire around the top edge of the fence work for preventing foxes climbing over?

Before anyone suggests electic fencing, that's out of the question. With the number of 'visitors' we have, it'd disappear before we could say Bob's me uncle.
