Bare Bellies

I have 2 broody hens that have been in the boxes for about 2 weeks, and there stomach is completely bare. I have another bird that just started being broody a few days ago her stomach is bare too. Is this normal and if not what can I do?

it is. They pluck the feathers from their breasts to allow the eggs to come in contact with their warm, moist skin.
