Bare bottom/breast (plucked?)

Heights adjusted. Blukote applied. I also added a large log to play on. They were petrified. They all stayed in a corner of the run past dark...I had to move it so they can go to bed! Thanks for your help!

LOL Aren't they funny sometimes. Chickens, well...they are chicken:D

Do you ever give a small amount of scratch? What is your run like?
I try to keep mine busy by tossing a small amount of scratch/sunflower seeds into the run. I have straw in there right now, so they really have to scratch to find it. If I break open a bale of straw, that keeps them digging for days. I rake up the loose straw in piles, so they dig through all that again. Pine needles are another favorite - I rake those up, add them to the run, keeps them busy.
Finely chopped kale tossed here and yon or a bundle of Kale hung to pick at. I sometimes hang some cabbage or apple. Anything that keeps them busy.
Do remember though, the scratch/veggies are "treats" so limit how much they get, you still want their main source of daily nutrition to come from their balanced poultry feed.

I just went outside to gather eggs and omg my Rhode Island Red has a bare bottom. She's the dominant bird - she was the first of the 4 that layed for 2 1/2 months before the others. We've had so much rain here in north GA I actually had to go get buckets of water out of their run where it had gathered in one corner. They have a coop they can go in to roost but 3 of the 4 prefer sitting on top of the coop and she's one of those. I'm just worried she's got a disease or something.

Can you post some photos of her?
Does she have any other symptoms - not laying eggs, lethargy, not eating/drinking, lice/mites - list anything else that may help us help you:)

Hope I unloaded right from my phone. The only thing different I’ve done is spread more mulch and it was cypress blend not dyed a color - noticed the Barred Rock has a little too. Laying just fine and is active as always.

Looks like feather picking. Have you noticed them picking each other during the day?
Any feather eating?
What do you feed and how much space do you have (sqft of coop and run)?

I would also check them for lice and mites.
