Bare breast bone on three Mystery chics?

So I was looking over my who knows what chics, they have a flat comb (that means rose right?) and they are all three missing any fluff on their breast bone. They are the same age (maybe a day or two older) than my BO, lorps, and ameraucanas which all have fluff, so just wondering why they are bare breasted right now. Is that a clue to what they are?

A lot of hard feathered oriental breeds have a bare breastbone, like malays, asils, shamos and the like. Where are your chicks from?
