Hi all,
Came home to one of the chooks looking a little immodest and I’m not sure of the cause. No signs of discharge or mites that I could see. Layer pellets available 24/7 with occasional kitchen scraps. Seems to be eating and drinking normally, any ideas? Usually in the run until someone gets home in the afternoon then they free range until dark.
she’s approaching 1year old, lives with a couple of barnevelders and a couple of ISA browns. Only had chooks for a few years and I’ve never seen one moult from the bottom first.
