Not sure if something wrong with a few of my hens- rooster too actually... missing tail feathers and some in behind- the Roos legs are a bit bare on inside.... egg production hasn't changed
 
Photos would help? Is there any swelling or fullness where the hens are bald ie below their vent?
Depending on the breed/line, some chickens only have feathers down the outside of the leg, so there may be nothing amiss with the rooster.

Can you post a close up photo of the bald butted chicken. It looks to me like she may be swollen.
Loss of feathers from the back and shoulders is common as a result of mating especially when you have a young male bird..... all hormones and no technique!
 
I would not expect an olive egger to have fully feathered shanks, so unless you are seeing empty feather sockets on his legs, it is probably normal for him just to have sparse feathering down the outside.
