Bare Neck-ed

Following, I have a frizzle who looks like a turkey/ roasted chicken now and a Bielefelder who's got some bald spots.
 
I have 30 hens 4 female guineas and three sooooo chill roosters. I had 2 roosters before I hatched these 3 roosters and I did keep them penned up but all of my animals free range all across the farm, they are not fenced or cooped, when I pinned up the other two roosters, they became very mean and I had to "take them to the train station" I think it was because they wanted to free range as well. So I definitely don't want these three roosters to be mean because they are very good with my grandbabies. I guess I could pen up the chickens that are bald?
