Bare red raw skin and broken feathers

Thanks for your reply. I got her from a backyard breeder. She is a Welsummer. I also got a French Maron and an Aracuna from the same breeder at the same time and they are both fine. They are all about 25 weeks old. I am feeding them Red Hen Layer Blue (it is one of the premium foods in Australia 15% protein, 5.5% fat, 3.8% calcium). I thought maybe she was moulting at first, but then noticed the broken looking feathers in addition to missing ones. There has been a bit of pecking order happening from my other 2 chickens that I already have. But they have mostly stopped now (as we have had them for 3 weeks now) and they seemed to actually pick more on one of the other new ones then the one with the issue. I can't get a photo now that it nighttime, but will try to get one tomorrow.

Is she eating and drinking ok? Does she seem to be ok weight wise towards the others?
It is not going to harm her that her feathers are broken, It would be good to inspect those bare patches though to see what's going on there, and just give her an overall inspection to make sure she is ok. (photos will help here so as close up as you can, and perhaps a couple of photos of her whole posture). Give her some high protein treats anyway to help her along - egg, tuna, BOSS. It's very likely she is completely fine, if a little naked:)

Hi. Sorry I have been having trouble uploading a photo. She seems fine asides from the missing and broken feathers, but I think I have figured out the issue. I had today off work so I watched them for a while and noticed the 2 other new hens are pecking her feathers out and eating them! It's not in an aggressive way at all though, so I'm thinking maybe they are protine deficient. I got my orignal 2 when they were only 8 weeks old and fed them high protein pullet grower food, but maybe the person I bought them off didn't provide a good quality food... So anyway I have put a fence up in their run to separate her so she can recover and I will give them all some extra protein. I gave them some tuna today like you suggested and WOW that was well received!
