Barely 16 Week Old Ee Pullet Lays Egg!

congrats on such an early egg! I personally do not want mine to lay that early, but obviously nature had different intentions for this girl! When they begin to lay so early, their chances of having issues later are increased - such as internal laying, egg binding, etc.). Thus, I feed mine a feed that slows them down a bit, beginning at 12 weeks. JUST in case...for my own peace of mind. But, she must have been ready since you weren't pumping them with laying feed early. I'd leave the feed as is, and provide oyster shell. So long as the have free choice oyster shell, they'll be fine. Then, when the next begins, I'd switch them over.

Layer feed isn't intended to cause laying, but to provide nutrients needed by chickens who are laying.

When I got my first egg from my young flock, I bought layer, and began switching them over gradually, mixing the feeds together and increasing the amount of layer, til the old feed was gone. Also put out oyster shell.

you must put them in the coop until you are sure they lay in it
my RIRs ere free-range, and they were not laying alhough they were 5,5 momths, but one day I founded 12 big eggs in a corner in my backyard.

No, I'm not concerned she'll do that, I don't mind if she does because I already found the "nest" and she'll most likely keep laying there when she's free-ranging. When they go free range, they stay fairly close to the coop anyway and there is only two trees there for me to search under, no other places seem desirable.
My advice when hunting for eggs: think like a chicken!
