This is hilarious! I had a cardinal for two years doing the same thing. Never did solve it. But I took comfort that his stupidity made it less likely he'd mate and pass on his genes.

I think the cardinal is winning.

There's so much poop by the sliding glass door I think I need to borrow the chickens' poop board to collect this stuff for spring gardening.

We are going to try contractor's plastic on the windows and doors next, if this doesn't work, he may need to be thrown out of the bar.

Cardinals are very pretty against the snow. However, an angry one hurling itself at your windows is another thing entirely.

now we know why “Angry Birds” used a red bird as one of the main characters for their games and merchandise.

No cardinals here, but i have a sparrow that has taken offense to my passenger side mirror and spends several hours a day attacking it....my car is covered in tiny poop.
