Barn Cat Feeding

they may it depends how big of a duckling it also depends on the cat barn cats are absolutly amazing they will even do chores with you now that i have them i cant imagine life without them

We have a shelter about 5 miles from us that advertises 'barn cats' for adoption. I might have to get one to protect the ducklings. Is there any chance they would go after a duckling?

I could imagine one going after a small duckling, but ducklings grow so quickly and our cat wants nothing to do with the full size ducks. Too big, too loud.

Separately, in the last week we've had a real breakthrough with our kitty and she's started showing up when she knows we'll be outside, waiting & meowing for food, and eating with us nearby. So this is really helping our rat feeding dilemma!
