Barnevelder gender

Hello All,
Purchased a few different straight run chicks last fall and have an unknown.

I’m new to Barnevelders, and have read they’re not always easy to sex.

Can you please weigh in on if this is a pullet or cockerel? 5 months old

Yep, he's a cockerel. That big red comb, patchy lacing, and long skinny saddle feathers give him away.

Very much a boy. You can tell by his large comb, the male hackle and saddle feathers coming in, and his feather pattern.
