You might try cutting out everything except the layer feed. And only let here out to free range once she's eaten a good amount.

Thanks I think we will try that. Perhaps she is only eating the scraps. Will try a few weeks with no scraps and no free range and only pellets and hopefully she might lay something.

When was the last time she was wormed? Her comb, earlobes, and wattles look pale. Could be that a heavy parasite load is taking a toll on her.
