Barnevelders chicks colours no stripe?

I bought shipped barnevelder eggs, 4 hatched out of 12.
( 6 were not fertile. 1 didn't hatch, other one was picked on by other hen and died )

1 of them doesn't have the chipmunk stripe, is this normal? They were suppose to be show quality.
Also how do I tell if rooster or hen?

Still looks like a barnevelder to me. Should be interesting to see how it develops.

Generally by 6-8 weeks the males will have pink red combs, and their chests and necks will come in darker as they feather out.
