Do I have 3 boys?

She might well beat up on the babies. I wouldn't put a hen in with the babies that wasn't at least 18 months old, and then I'd watch her very, very carefully to make sure she wasn't aggressive with them. Quail can be violent little creatures.

Are there any signs of the gender on the other two? You can try separating all of them into individual pens for a couple days. If they're alone, the unidentified ones might start to crow if male.
Would separating them out one at a time work I dont have 6 cages lol. I have 3 available open cages at the moment. I am not above sending the extra boys to freezer camp and that might just be on my list tomorrow. Sigh I really hope I have a decent amount of girls in the babies.

You probably did. That means only one confirmed hen, one unknown, and four roos. You need

Separating them one at a time will work. It's not 100%, but it can be a way to ferret out males early with non-feather sexable colours.
Yeah hubby and I are talking he thinks we should cull the Pharoah boys and take our chances while mystery orange grows out.
