Does anyone happen to know the local Ordinance for Barnsdall Oklahoma on having backyard chickens. I can't find a thing. I want to move from Oregon there, but only If I can take my 3 chickens with me.

Well, you’re talking about a very rural area. There are only 1k people living in the City of Barnsdall and only 40k in all of Osage County.

Step one would be to take a look at the EXACT location of where you’re going to be living there. Are you going to be within Barnsdall City Limits or ouside of that in unincorporated Osage County? Neither have their Code of Ordinances available online so the only way to know for sure is to ask them. If you’re within City Limits, call and ask the City. If you’re outside City Limits, call the County. Good luck!

Outside of City Limits shouldn't be a problem. And with only 3 hens a lot of smaller towns in OK would allow it. Some have a no roo ordinance some 4 or 6 max.

its a small town its about 40 miles from tulsa sister lives in muskogee and has chickens its bigger than barnsdall so i would think you can have your chickens most towns in oklahoma dont have a problem with people having chickens welcome to oklahoma
