I have some with darker legs.

She looked like that except with a little bit darker legs. Her daughter has the same coloring, but it might take a few minuites to get a photo of her.

She was most likely a Maran then. There are quite a few with darker legs than the one pictured.

What makes you think she isn't a Maran? the OP said she had grey legs. BR's don't have grey legs.

Rocks that are not bred for show often have a black wash on their legs, and frequent layers often have white legs. The two combined could very well give that look.
