I'm establishing my flock this year. I have an awesome Easter Egger roo (pictured)

who's been with my family for 2 years, then a selection of orpington and barred rock hens. As a favor for a friend, I've taken in an accidental cockerel. Friend was told he's a Jersey Giant, but since he's barred, he's obviously a mix. Hes far right in this photo she took a ltitle bit back.

We plan to breed for farmers market in the area, and I'm trying to decide on crosses that will be most attractive at market. (In my own flock, egg production and disposition are my biggest concerns). If this cockerel is a barred rock/jersey giant (my guess?), anyone know what I'd end up with crossing him to my BR hens?
