Barred Plymouth Rock-pullet or roo?

4-5 weeks old-probably to early to tell-but thought I'd see if you have an opinion. Only one from a straight run bin and I'm feeling a bit nervous. Can't keep a rooster in my town.

It's a pullet. If it were a cockeral, it would have more pronounced barring.
