Barred rock(?) 3-4 months old Roo or hen??

I have a barred rock (I think) that has changed dramatically since we got "her". A month ago her and her sister looked like this:







Now "she" and his huge and has a large red waddle while her sister is still petite.





I do want to add that they were sick and had to be in the brooder with antibiotics for ten days, which I have heard can account for our reds smallness.

So I thought I would reach out to you all to see what you all think. Roo or hen?

Yup definitly a rooster! You can tell its a roo in the younger pic too because of the lighter colour,

Cockerel. 100% Pullets do not have that physique nor the comb and wattles at that age. Yes, his lighter appearance is his barring genes, which are different from the females.
