I'm confident that #3 and #4 are roos. But #1 and #2 I need help with.

That's what I was afraid of. 1 and 2 just started getting more red and developed in the past week. 3 and 4 have been red and big for a 2-3 weeks. That's what I get for being impatient and getting straight run.
