barred rock babies?

i have some new babies and we have noticed that some of them have like knots on there necks! anyone know what this is???? thanks!

Where on the neck. Is it around the front just to the chick's right side? If so, that's probably going to be a full crop. Otherwise, need a photo.

it means they have eaten their fill and their crops are digesting the food.
