Barred Rock chick almost 3 weeks old

I have one barred rock chick and I need to know if it is a boy or a girl, as my town doesn't allow roosters. I ordered all my chicks from a hatchery online and ordered them to be specifically all girls. The other chicks (different breeds) don't have as pronounced combs as this one and I am nervous that it might be a rooster. I have taken pics and would appreciate any input. This chick will be 3 weeks old on Monday.

Looks like black wash on the leg fronts. If so, it is very likely female.

I'm on the fence with this one. Dark wash on the legs, but an irregular head spot and a lighter color. Absence of wattles leans female... I'd say female, but not with much confidence.

usually the black on the legs and the fact that her wings appear black with white stripes is a good sign that she is a she. The males usually lack the black tint on the legs and their wings look more like they are white or grey with black stripes.
