This is Raoul(Catergory BR roo)... We had to give him to a nice couple with the rest of our flock. He lived his life out free at their house and slept in a tree.

I know it is far away, but this is Raoul and Bess freeranging(Roo and hen catergory)... She was his soulmate and she got killed in a dog attack last year the day before Thanksgiving.

And finally BC with her flockmates(catergory BR pullet...not quite a yr yet)... She is Raouls and Bess's daughter

She is very sweet. At the moment this pic was being taken, she was looking out of her coop admiring the mess she made of my garden! Note that the fence was even knocked down
