I Hatched of my standard breeds eggs and I found one with feathered feet meaning that my white bantam cochin rooster had gotten to my barred Rock hen.. Is using the spot on its head still viable for gendering? Also on average how large would it grow to?

It sounds like you've got accidental sex-links, the males will have the head spot and the females will be solid colour. So yes, head spot would indicate that chick is likely to be a cockerel. As to how large I have absolutely no idea! I had a hen with a largish bantam rooster father and an orpington mother and she was standard size but on the smaller side, like the size of a production red certainly not the size of a barred rock or orpington.
