If you look at post 23 in this thread, https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=291413&p=3, there are pics of a couple of my roos that I butchered. One of them was white with black tail, head, cape, and some on the wings, the other was mostly black w/ some red. Bet you can't tell which was which. If you catch them at the right time, as Gallorojo said, they'll be easy to pluck, otherwise, they won't. The color of the bird really makes no difference. You have to do exactly the same things to every bird you process, no matter what color the feathers.
Personally, I prefer darker feathers, because they're easier to see so I can pull them out. White ones tend to be harder to see, and you end up cooking them on the bird.
I also avoid pure white birds because I let mine free-range, and predators seem to pick off the white ones more easily. I think the different colored birds are also prettier and more interesting to look at.
