I'm not so sure, how old are your pullets?I have 5 Cuckoo Marans pullets that I got from Meyer Hatchery here in Ohio, and none of them have feathered shanks. They look just like yours. Edited to add photo. Note that the black pullet in the doorway is a FBCM with feathered shanks

Cause yours dies look like my Barredy long legs chick, but her design I feel is more barred than yours being darkened out by the black being more distinct as a cuckoo maran.
