Barred Rock Gender Question

The feed store told me that their chicks were sexed, but we all know how that goes. The moment I got home, someone told me the BR was a roo. I'd love some opinions. I've read and re-read posts all afternoon. I can't get my head around it! The pictures make it look a little gray, because of the flash. It's definitely black on top. Any thoughts?

Female BR will have a dot on the head (fairly clear dot) and the fronts of her legs should be black. (If I remember correctly)

She has the mark and there is black on her feet. I've just seen tons of conflicting stuff today. :/

Did the person who told you it was a little cockerel explain what made them think that?

No. I didn't ask. It was MIL's "chicken expert" friend.

Maybe the "expert" was thinking of a black sex link, not a barred Rock. It looks like a pullet from what I can tell, but you'll know for sure at 6 weeks.

Will you please post more photos in a few days? It will be easier to tell then. We had an "oops!" barred rock from the feed store and another I was concerned about. She had sone typical cockerel characteristics but is definitely a pullet.
