Barred rock hen or roo?

A lot of people say she's a roo. But wouldn't she have Spurs growing in bigger? She's about 2 months old.
Also she's been limping. No bumble foot. She puts some weight on it. I took her to the vet and they gave me meloxicam. And said nothing seemed abnormal or broken. So anyone that can help me out would be amazing. Thank you

Pretty sure that's a cockerel, but a full body pic would confirm.

Most roosters don't grow spurs until they hit sexual maturity, 6 ish months. Some don't get real spurs until a year or so.

Not exactly true, especially if it's hatchery stock. They don't always conform to the SOP. 1 of my pullets is significantly lighter than the others. And 1 I saw on here that was a cockerel had dark washed legs which is supposed to be a female characteristic. I guess that's why some people say "you never know till it crows... or lays an egg". It's always fun to play the gender guessing game!
