Barred Rock...Hen or Roo?

It's a close call, but I think it's a pullet -- too dark to be a cockerel.  I've been thrown off by big combs on pullets before.

I sure hope so The white part to the barring throws me off as well. Her barring is very nice compared to her sisters :/

BlazeJester, I just want to make sure you were referring to aoxa's pic and not mine!!

I'm really hoping and sticking with that mine is a pullet!!

I am going pullet also, I raised 5 BR roos, and now have 3 BR hens...the OP's looks pullet to me!

too dark to be a roo...
