Barred Rock Hen or Rooster? 4 months old

I have two Barred rocks that have much different combs/waddles. One has always been bigger/heavier and much more timid, last to eat out of my new 4 pullets. Everything I'm reading online says this is still a pullet but I thought I'd post here to see if you all have any input. No crowing that I've noticed or heard.
