Barred Rock is staying in nest box?

For the past 5 days or so my barred rock will lay an egg and then sit on it for the rest of the day. At first i thought she might be thinking about going broody but she doesn't fluff up her feathers and growl. She usually lays the egg at about 11:00 then she sits in the same box until its almost time to roost. Whats wrong with her?

Not all hens are aggressive broodys. It is abnormal considering her breed but sounds like a broody

Who knows maybe in a few days she will stay in there all night. With hens in the past they usually stay all night when broody.
