Barred Rock is still sick

Please help! I wrote awhile back and didn't receive any advice. My 1 1/2 year old Barred rock hen has very angry red looking skin around her vent and now the redness is spreading to the tops of her legs. It started a month ago, when she started her molt. She hasn't grown back any of the feathers she lost during her molt in that area. She is eating and drinking and otherwise acting normally. She is in my small flock of 8 hens and none of the others has this condition. I use ACV in her drinking water. And feed her laying pellets. She roosts in a coop at night. What can I put on her or feed her to help? I would be so grateful for any advice you can offer.

That's a thought. The skin isn't cracked (like human fungal infections...) any ideas that might cure it? Do they make an antifungal for poultry, I wonder????

This might be your answer. On page 2, Resolution posted some really great information on how to support a bird with and angry, reddened skin irritation.
