I put some eggs in the incubator from my mixed flock & they are all hatching today. Super cute babies! One of the Barred Rock's eggs hatched and it's way cute and has a teeny litttle white spot on it's head like a regular BR chick would, I am wondering if it could be a girl?
My rooster, the only rooster, is a Splash Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. I know it's probably hard to say considering the Rooster but I am hopeful!
My 2 Olive eggs hatched also, with beautiful, BIG, blue chicks. Those hens that laid those are Black.
Some of the others were Buff Wyandotte & RIR eggs, same rooster. Ones a little calico chipmunk striped thing and the others are a beautiful pale red(not buff though).
I'll be posting pics in chicks section later after they're all hatched and dry
