Barred Rock or Dominique?

I rescued this girl (hoping it is, maybe you guys can confirm this) yesterday. I'm wondering on breed. Is this a BR or a Dom.?











Also, any guesses on age? I was thinking a year, but not so sure now.

I don't think it's a pure barred rock.. Looks like only 1 copy of the barring gene to me.. in any time I've seen it.
