Sex Barred Rocks

My son hatched some barred rocks in hopes of selling eggs, unfortunately he had a bad hatch rate and is wondering what sexes he has. He's trying to guess but now he's doubting himself.

The spots are too blurry for me, it's a trait that does get washed out sometimes
